3D-Printed Interior Design Pieces

The Salone del Mobile, widely recognized as the most relevant and prestigious design fair in Europe, is held annually in the vibrant city of Milan, a global epicenter of design and fashion. This event brings together industry leaders and visionaries, becoming a showcase of overflowing innovation and creativity.

As part of this occasion, Milan’s most iconic luxury brands adapt and decorate their spaces with special care and attention to detail, ensuring they meet the high expectations and standards set by the event.

In this context, a prominent high-end footwear brand entrusted us with the responsibility of conceiving and producing two pieces that not only represented their corporate identity but were also sustainable, exclusive, and unique.

With these objectives as our guiding principles, Manuel Jiménez took on the creative challenge and developed “Liquid Gold,” an ambitious project that includes a display case and a table crafted using advanced 3D printing techniques, with recycled plastic as the base material. Additionally, these pieces feature gold-toned finishes that evoke the brand’s DNA and reinforce its distinctive image.

The structures stand out for their fluid and harmonious lines, combined with a geometry impossible to achieve through traditional manufacturing methods. This allowed the elements to not only position themselves as unique pieces within the event but also perfectly convey the fundamental pillars of exclusivity and sustainable innovation that guided the entire process.

Together, “Liquid Gold” became a tangible demonstration of the dialogue between bold design, cutting-edge technology, and environmental commitment.
